As you may have heard, Rep. Elijah Cummings’s Baltimore home was burglarized, giving credibility to President Trump’s criticism of the state of his district – criticism which the mainstream media and Dems alike have denounced as baseless and racist.
When news broke out about this, President Trump tweeted:
Liberal Hollywood actor Tom Arnold took the opportunity to reply to the president by expressing lament that Trump's sons have yet to have their homes robbed.
This just goes to show you what kind of people are on the left...
Take a look at Arnold's disturbing tweet wishing for Don Jr. & Eric Trump's homes to be broken into:
Don Jr. however was having none of it.
Trump's eldest son replied to Arnold, calling him a "piece of garbage" and expressing the reality of the danger the Trump family faces.
Here's Don Jr.'s perfect response tweet:
News of Arnold's attack on the Trump sons and Don Jr.'s comeback quickly went viral on Twitter.
Take a look at what people are saying about it:
Fox News has more to say about the feud between Arnold and Trump Jr. :
"No we just get daily death threats and exploding packages of white powder sent to our homes you piece of garbage," Trump Jr. tweeted on Friday.
Their exchange emanated from President Trump's decision to tweet about an attempted robbery at the home of Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., whose district Trump has criticized as "a disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess."
Trump's critics appeared to see his tweet as an attempt to reinforce his argument that Baltimore was a "very dangerous & filthy place."
Arnold seemed to want to make the issue personal by invoking the president's sons Eric and Don. "Don Jr’s NYC apartment has not been robbed yet! Eric Trump’s either! Really bad news!!" he tweeted.
As Trump Jr. mentioned, he and other members of the Trump family have received numerous threats after his father took the White House. Back in 2018, Trump's then-wife Vanessa went to the hospital after opening a letter that contained white powder
The Washington Examiner also commented:
Donald Trump Jr. said his family has received daily threats after actor Tom Arnold claimed the president's sons have never experienced having their houses robbed.
"No we just get daily death threats and exploding packages of white powder sent to our homes you piece of garbage," Trump Jr. said Friday on Twitter.
The president eldest son's claim came after Arnold, a frequent Trump critic, asserted that "Don Jr's NYC apartment has not been robbed yet! Eric Trump's either!"
Arnold was responding to the president's take on Rep. Elijah Cummings after the Maryland Democrat's house was robbed.
"Really bad news! The Baltimore house of Elijah Cummings was robbed. Too bad!" Trump tweeted Friday.
