MAGA Themed Wedding Honors President Trump!

Donald Trump’s presidency so far and dedication to making America great again has inspired patriots across the nation – so much so that one couple decided to dedicate their special day to honoring President Trump!

Audra and Jeff Johnson married on the 4th of July at a very patriotic Trump-themed wedding.

At the reception, tables featured petitions for pro-life “heartbeat bills,” and Audra’s dress was even custom-made from a real “Make America Great Again” flag!

Take a look at news of this awesome MAGA-themed wedding on Twitter:

Fox 17 West Michigan has more details on the couple's Trump-honoring wedding:

Subtlety was never the intent of the wedding decor for Audra and Jeff Johnson's nuptials.

The couple married on July 4 in Kalamazoo, surrounded by friends and family donned in "Make America Great Again" hats.

“It looked like America threw up all over my wedding and I’m not sorry," bride Audra Johnson said.

Johnson says in addition to celebrating their love, she and her husband decided to use their wedding day as an opportunity to celebrate President Donald Trump. No detail was overlooked, down to the groomsmen's 'don't tread on me'" cufflinks. Each reception table featured a petition for an anti-abortion "heartbeat bill." Even the bride's nails were painted to look like American flags.

As is the focal point of every wedding, the bride's dress stole the show.

“The dress is actually an Andre Soriano original," Johnson said. “It’s actually made out of a MAGA flag.”

Soriano is known for his custom "Trump gowns." His designs have been featured on the 2017 Grammys red carpet.

Despite the theme, Johnson said all were welcome. This includes her lifelong friend and maid of honor, who is also a Democrat.

CBS News also had the following to say about the wedding:

A couple from Kalamazoo, Michigan, made quite a political statement with the theme of their recent nuptials. Their wedding hashtag? #MAGAPatriotWedding.

Bride Audra Johnson wore a plain white wedding gown for the ceremony, but then changed into a dress that really turned heads for her wedding photos. It was decorated with sparkly red lettering down the front, spelling out President Trump's famous campaign slogan: Make America Great Again. The skirt of the fishtail dress simply said "TRUMP."

While Johnson wore the red and white, her bridesmaids wore the blue. The bride told CBS News the Fourth of July wedding was originally just going to be patriotic-themed, until she reached out to dress designer Andre Soriano.

Soriano, a staunch Trump supporter, often sports a MAGA hat and creates red-white-and-blue garments, including "Make American Great Again" and "Trump 2020" dresses. Two artists wore Soriano's creations to this year's Grammy Awards — and then Johnson decided to wear one for her wedding.

Johnson and her friends traveled to Washington, D.C. to meet with Soriano about the dress design. "It took four days of him doing measurements and putting the dress together," Johnson told CBS News. "But it was amazing. Him and his husband are fabulous."

Other wedding guests also wore patriotic gear. The groom, Jeff Johnson, is a Marine veteran who donned his dress uniform while holding a gun in some photos. In fact, several guests at the wedding posed with guns, including the bride herself. However, none of the guns were actually shot, Johnson said.

"Being a patriotic wedding, we really did encourage people to do whatever they felt comfortable with, if they wanted to open-carry, if they wanted to conceal-carry," Johnson said.

Despite the "MAGA Patriot" theme, the wedding was inclusive, Johnson said. Her maid of honor was even a Democrat.

What do you think of the Johnson's choice of wedding theme?
