GOWDY BOMBSHELL: Trey Gowdy Tells Fox News The FBI Gave Different Briefings To Trump Than The Ones Given To Clinton In 2016!

The former South Carolina Representative blasts the FBI for its biased and unequal treatment of the Clinton and Trump campaigns back in 2016.

Former Rep. and chairman of the House Oversight Committee Trey Gowdy (R-SC) came out firing on Fox News, nailing the deep state for more disturbing behavior:

Specifically, Gowdy called the FBI out for divulging “two different briefings” to the Clinton and Trump campaigns in regards to handling “threats posed by foreign actors”:

With all the speculation and anticipation of potential bombshell information contained in the purported “damning FBI transcript,” many Americans are rightfully losing trust in our nation’s federal investigative bodies:

The Washington Examiner goes into further detail on former Rep. Gowdy’s suspicions and the alleged evidence he cites as proof of deep state corruption and “treason”:

During a Sunday interview on Fox News, Gowdy referenced how the campaigns of both Clinton and then-candidate Donald Trump received counterintelligence “defensive” briefings, but claimed they were not the same. Gowdy said the FBI provided “two different kinds of defensive briefings to candidates depending on who you like and who you don’t,” and coupled with how the FBI withheld transcript material from the FISA court, “then your bias begins to impact the investigation.”

. . .

In recent weeks Gowdy, who was chairman of the Oversight Committee until he left Congress at the beginning of this year, has spoken out about classified information he claims “has the potential to be a game changer.” Last month he discussed unreleased transcripts of recorded conversations between FBI informants and former Trump campaign associate George Papadopoulos. Gowdy said “one in particular has the potential to actually persuade people” and noted this “exculpatory evidence related to Papadopoulos was not included in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act applications targeting former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.”

. . .

“You want to think of law enforcement as being unbiased and disinterested in the outcome as long as we just find the facts. But when you have information that someone you think has done something wrong has, in fact, not done something wrong, when you have exculpatory information and you don’t share it with others and then you put that together with Strzok and Page and the defensive briefings, remember, Maria, the defense of [former FBI Director James] Comey and the media and the Democrats has always been, yeah, some of the FBI was biased against Trump, and it didn’t really matter. This really matters,” Gowdy said.

Indeed, should the documents in question ever be declassified and made available to the public, Americans will finally get some answers in regards to the FBI’s handling of the Trump-Russia collusion investigation.

The Conservative Tribune delves further into the potential for damning information being declassified by Attorney General Bill Barr:

Gowdy, along with some congressional Republicans, believe certain transcripts contained evidence that would vindicate the Trump campaign, TheBlaze noted.

As The Daily Caller pointed out, “Republicans have hinted at the existence of a transcript that contains exculpatory information for Papadopoulos, who the FBI claims was the catalyst for its counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign.”

In fact, if the FBI hadn’t intentionally withheld that information from the FISA court, the bureau’s case for acquiring a warrant against Page would have likely been shot down from the get-go.

“There is some information in these transcripts that I think has the potential to be a game-changer if it’s ever made public,” Gowdy said last month.

Attorney General William Barr could be the one to make the transcripts public, as President Donald Trump gave him total authority to declassify documents related to the Russia probe.

The far left continues to beat the “impeach Trump” drum, while all of the evidence seems to be pointing toward rampant deep state and Democrat malfeasance involved in the investigation into the Trump campaign.

The question doesn’t appear to be “if,” rather, it continues to look more like a question of “when” the truth will come out and the hammer brought down on all of the bad actors involved in what the President has deemed a “witch hunt.”

Thanks to honorable politicians and former politicians, like Trey Gowdy, Americans can rest-assured that there are those who will hold the swamp-dwellers accountable.

Watch Gowdy lay the groundwork for turning the investigations on the Democrats and crooked-FBI agents, during an interview with Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo:
