An Alabama judge has backed a lawsuit brought by a teen who’s suing on behalf of an aborted fetus.
The teen is the father and was against the abortion.
It happened anyway.
He’s suing not for his own rights but on behalf of the fetus!

Will this be the case that makes it to the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade?
