I’m not sure, but yes that headline is right.
The New York Times has actually defended Trump after he was mocked by the Washington Post and CNN for claiming women were smuggled across the border with duct tape on their mouths.
After Trump was smeared and mocked by those publications, the New York Times, perhaps trying to save the last shreds of credibility it has left, has came to Trump’s defense to say he was right.
