So here’s something you can pretty much take to the bank….
When a Grand Jury gets involved, it’s almost never a good thing for the person being investigated!
Why?
Because prosecutors only take cases that they know they can win to the Grand Jury!
If the case is weak, they don’t usually bother.
Also, the standard for a Grand Jury is very low, so the outcome is almost always bad for the defendant.
Well…..in light of that, I have news to report.
According to TMZ, the Jussie Smollett case is heading to a Grand Jury!
Turns out, creating a giant hoax and trying to blame it on “white guys in MAGA hats” is not a real great idea.
In fact, I would ask whether that is a hate crime?
