I came across these today and LOVED watching them!
The first video is Donald Trump on Late Night with David Letterman from 1987. Â
I’ve seen a lot of Trump interviews on Letterman, but I’d never seen this one before! Â Maybe it will be new to you as well.
I think it’s probably one of his first times on Letterman.
Watch how calm and cool Trump is compared to Letterman trying to poke and prod.Â
And I say that as a Letterman fan! Â I actually have always thought Dave was hilarious, it’s a real shame to see how political he got in his later years and how far-left he is now. Â Too bad.
But Trump handled him with aplumb! Â

And then this one is Donald Trump on Jay Leno from Dec 7, 1999.Â
I also had never seen this interview.
The most amazing thing in this one is Jay Leno introduced him as the next President of the United States....in 1999!
