FARTING COWS? Ocasio-Cortez’s “New Green Deal” Is Hilariously Slammed on Twitter and Fox News!

Freshman Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the infamous AOC, released her “Green New Deal” this week.

FDR she is not.

Not that FDR was any great hero in my book.

But at least FDR never proposed regulations to eliminate “farting cows” …. yes, folks, literally those exact words were used in the proposal from AOC.  

Yikes.

I’m conflicted at this point and here’s why.

I’m legitimately appalled and horrified for the future of our country that something like this is even being proposed by an actual Member of Congress and not a Sophomore D-Studen at some bad Liberal Arts college somewhere.  

So it’s serious.  

And the serious aspects of this are the astronomical cost, what Bloomberg called “ruinously expensive” in my most favorite turn of a phrase in quite some time.

That’s all real, and quite scary.  

But it’s also hilariously bad.  

“Farting cows” bad.  

So while I understand the serious nature of how terrible this is, I choose for the moment to side with Bret Baier of Fox News and all the brilliant people on Twitter and sit back and laugh for a moment along with them.
