BREAKING: Layoffs Hit HuffPost, Entire Opinion Section CLOSED!

Yesterday it was BuzzFeed laying off 15% of it’s workforce.

According to Breitbart, speaking of BuzzFeed:

The privately held company has not been profitable for several years. It has raised hundreds of millions from such investors as Comcast’s NBCUniversal.

Today’s victim?  The Huffington Post.  

The entire Opinion Section at the HuffPost has been eliminated.  Gone.  

The media is claiming it all has to do with “corporate restructuring” at parent-company Verizon.

But I wonder if it might be something else?

Perhaps Americans just didn’t want to read the race-baiting, gender-baiting, male-hating articles anymore!

Anyone think that may be the true reason?  

I’ll tell you this….this is one truth I know to be univerisal:  a company that is wildly popular, with huge demand for it’s services, rarely if ever needs to engage in “corporate restructuring” where it’s most popular department is closed down.

Let that sink in.

Really makes you wonder, why would they continue to subsidize it?  

In fact, I think Donald Trump even predicted things like this (with BuzzFeed and HuffPost) would happen.

I do believe he said if the media didn’t change it’s ways, they would start to go out of business.

Are we beginning to see the early signs of this?
