Tucker Issues Warning Following Trump Indictment: “There is No Coming Back From This”

Well here we go.

The democrats have played their hand.

They simply could not ignore their unwavering fear of President Donald Trump so they went forward with the indictment.

What comes next is anyone’s guess, but one thing is clear.

The point of no return has officially been crossed.

As Tucker Carlson put it, “There is no coming back from this.”

Tucker spoke of the chaotic repercussions that are likely to follow:

No honest person believes that President Trump will ever be given a fair trial.

Of course not, because the truth isn’t the point here.

The real reason for this farce of a trial is that the left is terrified of Donald Trump.

That is why these indictments are being deemed “legally pathetic” by many, including George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley.

Fox News has more on Turley’s comments:

“The indictment may come out with a crime that none of us have heard of,” Turley said. “But for many months, this bootstrapping theory has been put out there, this idea that you could take a misdemeanor under New York law that has expired, that has a two year statute of limitations, and revive it by connecting it to a federal crime, in this case, the federal election violation”

“Now, there’s a host of problems with that,” he continued. “First of all, it’s a federal crime the Department of Justice chose not to prosecute. Bragg’s own predecessor declined to prosecute it, but he is attempting to bootstrap that federal crime into a state case. And if that is the basis for the indictment, I think it’s rather outrageous. I think it’s legally pathetic.”

Of course, Turley isn’t the only one who recognizes this for what it is:

The democrats have made their decision though.

Tucker Carlson is exactly right.

There is no turning back now.
