If Hunter Biden’s Laptop ‘Isn’t Real,’ Then Why Is He Countersuing Computer Repair Shop Owner?

Legacy media told the American public that Hunter Biden’s ‘Laptop From Hell’ was fake news, and Big Tech censored the story from social media before the 2020 election.

Yet, Hunter Biden filed a countersuit against computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Issac, citing privacy violations.

In the lawsuit, Biden claims that Issac “illicitly distributed Hunter Biden’s personal data and accuses him of six counts of invasion of privacy.”

How can Biden claim ‘privacy violations’ if the laptop wasn’t real?

Perhaps this is Hunter Biden’s admission that the laptop’s contents are authentic?

Fox News reported:

In 2020, Isaac said a man who he believed to be Hunter Biden dropped off three laptops at his store in April 2019, only one of which was salvageable. While repairing the laptop, Isaac said he discovered disturbing material.

The customer did not return for the laptop within 90 days, and Isaac could not get in touch with him. Isaac said he first searched the emails by keyword in June or July 2019.

According to Isaac’s account, the FBI first made a forensic copy of the laptop, then returned weeks later with a subpoena and confiscated it.

When he stopped hearing from the FBI, Isaac said he contacted several members of Congress, who did not respond. At that point, his intermediary reached out to Rudy Giuliani’s attorney, Robert Costello.

Hunter Biden seemingly admitted that the laptop belongs to him in a February 2023 letter from his lawyers.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers also plan to seek depositions from Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon.

From NBC News:

The court filings include a lawsuit targeting John Paul Mac Isaac, the computer repair shop owner who said Hunter Biden abandoned a water-damaged laptop at his Wilmington, Delaware, store about 18 months before the 2020 election. Biden’s attorneys are alleging invasion of privacy and argue Mac Isaac helped copy and disseminate Hunter Biden’s data for political and commercial purposes.

In the lawsuit, Biden is seeking the return of any copy of his data, compensatory and punitive damages for Mac Isaac’s “willful, wanton and reckless conduct,” as well as reimbursement of attorneys fees.

The countersuit and responses to Mac Isaac’s original lawsuit cite public statements that Mac Isaac, Bannon, Giuliani and others have made regarding their involvement with Hunter Biden’s electronic data. The new suit alleges that Delaware law did not permit Mac Isaac to access or copy the data, drawing a distinction between abandoned “equipment” and data on or embedded within a device.
