I would be shocked to learn that the CIA didn’t assassinate John F. Kennedy.
Though the establishment and the deep state continue to deny the agency’s involvement in the murder of a sitting U.S. President, a continued coverup of the records suggests otherwise.
President Trump promised to release all documents relating to the JFK assassination and he released plenty of material, but not the entirety of the documents as promised.
Sources claim that Mike Pompeo pressured President Trump not to release the files; Biden, likewise, claimed he would release the files—yet many details remain shrouded in mystery.
All of this begs the question: are Presidents even privy to half the CIA’s files on anything?
Plausible deniability is a convenient excuse for all those directly involved or unknowingly involved in state affairs and compartmentalization is central to all government bureaucracies.
Judge Andrew Napolitano provides an alternative explanation for the withholding of the files, claiming that President Trump once told him “if you saw what I saw, you wouldn’t release them”.
He recently reiterated this claim to Joe Hoft on an episode of his podcast, but it wasn’t the first time he made this statement:
Why listen to my weekly podcast with The Judge?
Because @Judgenap shares unheard of behind-the-scenes scoops: "Why can't we see the documents on the #JFK assassination?"
President Trump said to me, "if you saw what I saw—you wouldn't release them."

Attorney John Deaton asks:
Can someone give a legitimate reason why thousands of pages of documents related to JFK’s assassination, which was supposed to be released in 2017, are still being hidden from the public. Trump wouldn’t release all of them (like he promised) and now Biden won’t. Why?

Western Journal provided an excerpt of Napolitano’s claims:
“He said to me, ‘Yes, you’re quite correct Judge I did say that, but, if you saw what I saw, you wouldn’t release it either. Some day when we’re not on a phone call with 15 other people listening (meaning people in the White House), I’ll tell you what I saw,” Napolitano explained.
“Now what the hell did he see, … I don’t know,” Napolitano said, according to the transcript.
“It must have terrified him and he’s one of the strongest character’s I ever known in my life and suddenly he became afraid to follow through on a promise he made, not just to me, but the American public several times.
“It had to be the CIA,” the judge theorized.
Great segment ! @briebriejoy Interesting that @mikepompeo pressured Trump to block the release of the JFK documents. Trump needs to answer for that! https://t.co/ZKUnPmssTN

CNN reported on the Biden, JFK file release:
The cache of over 13,000 documents is the second of two JFK assassination-related document dumps that President Joe Biden ordered last year when the White House postponed a public release because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Biden said in the memo that the National Archives and other agencies have until May 2023 to review the remaining private documents.
After that, “any information withheld from public discourse that agencies do not recommend for continued postponement” will be released before June 30, 2023.
