“Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr., 58, and his neighbor, Kristin Jackson Andersen, 59, have been charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property, conversion sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting,” East Idaho News reported.

In the allegations, the four destroyed at least $28,000 worth of COVID-19 vaccinations and distributed at least 1,900 doses’ worth of fake completed vaccination record cards. The court documents allege the fake vaccination cards were sold either for direct cash payments of $50 per person per occurrence or required “donations to a specified charitable organization.”

The court documents estimate the fake vaccination cards have a total value of nearly $97,000.

Moore and his co-defendants also allegedly gave children saline shots at the request of their parents so the children would think they were receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.

“By allegedly falsifying vaccine cards and administering saline shots to children instead of COVID-19 vaccines, not only did this provider endanger the health and well-being of a vulnerable population, but also undermined public trust and the integrity of federal health care programs,” said Special Agent in Charge with the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General Curt L. Muller.

Moore sat down with independent journalist Ivory Hecker for his first interview since being "criminally charged for destroying COVID vaccines and giving families saline instead, at their request."

"My main philosophy is first do no harm. And it's an oath I took in 1993 when I graduated from medical school. And I take that oath very seriously," Moore explained.

"The science now tells us that the COVID vaccines are a failure. My main thing is the government has no authority to tell me as a physician how to treat my patients. And health freedom is, it's vital to freedom. It's vital to a free America, and it's vital to a free world."

"If somebody has a vaccine that is protecting them against a disease and they believe that they are protected against that disease, what does it matter if I am not protected against that disease?" Moore said.

"If you're protected, then you're protected. What do you care about me? I look forward to proving my innocence, and proving what I did was right."

"Dr. Kirk Moore is charged with conspiracy to defraud the government after he allegedly granted patients’ requests to inject saline instead of mRNA. He’s charged with conspiracy to dispose of government property for destroying vaccines," Ivory Hecker tweeted.

In the interview, Moore said he has no regrets for his actions.
