Not IT as in Information Technology, the computer department at your work.

No, this is “It” because apparently this human being gets extremely pissed off when you use the wrong pronouns.

To be completely honest, I really have no idea what this person’s message is or what it is so upset about, I just know it is super pissed off.

I’m not even sure if It would be pissed off being called a “human being” although I suspect that may also be highly offensive to It.
