President Trump “made” Ron DeSantis.
If it weren’t for President Trump’s endorsement, DeSantis would have lost his race in Florida and he would now be a nobody.
Yet… the media is obsessed with the idea of a Trump vs. DeSantis matchup in the Republican primaries.
Why?
Is it because they actually like DeSantis?
No.
It’s because they hate Trump, and they want to humiliate him in the worst way possible.
What better storyline for the fake news media than to claim that Trump loses to a candidate that he endorsed?!
Well, President Trump is reminding us exactly why we fell in love with him in the first place.
He is a FIGHTER!
Not only will he fight to drain the swamp, but he will fight anyone who tries to stop him from doing so.
When pressed on DeSantis, Trump said:
We’ll handle things the way I handle things.
You know what that means, folks.
Buckle up, because it’s going to be a fun ride!
More details below:
“I got him elected, pure and simple.”

The media likes to claim that Trump is “done.”
But how many times have they prematurely written Trump’s political obituary?
It’s too many times to count!
The Epoch Times has a preview of what we can expect from Trump’s campaign:
Former President Donald Trump on Monday offered a preview of how he might deal with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis during the Republican 2024 presidential primary.
In an interview with David Brody on “The Water Cooler” on Monday, he was asked about whether it would be a good idea if DeSantis joined the 2024 race. Trump in November declared his candidacy for president, while DeSantis has not announced a White House bid amid widespread speculation.
“So you know, now I hear he might want to run against me. So we’ll handle that the way I handle things,” Trump said. He did not provide more details on DeSantis’s alleged plans.
Trump added that his 2018 endorsement of DeSantis for governor is what pushed him to win the seat: “I got him elected, pure and simple.” DeSantis in November’s midterms easily won reelection, defeating Democrat Charlie Crist by about 20 points.
But DeSantis hasn’t announced he will run for president and has brushed aside questions about a 2024 run. When debating Crist in October, DeSantis did not commit to serving four full years as Florida’s governor, while it has been reported that he will release an autobiography next year.
A number of polls have shown that DeSantis and Trump would be competitive during a GOP primary, with some polls showing the Florida governor edging out the former president.
As the midterms unfolded, Trump called DeSantis “Ron DeSanctimonious” and also stated that his endorsement was the reason why he got elected in the first place. DeSantis has not yet issued any public replies to Trump.
Now, here’s where things get interesting.
The Republican party is still very loyal to Trump.
In fact, a new poll came out reveals that Republican voters prioritize loyalty to Trump.
What does that suggest?
Well, it means that Ron DeSantis might hurt his political future if he appears to be disloyal to Trump.

More specifically, 65% of Republicans prioritize loyalty to President Trump.
That is a large majority.
Even our friends across the pond are taking notice.
Take a look at what the Daily Mail wrote:
Republicans still value loyalty to Donald Trump, with 35 percent saying in a new poll that it’s ‘very important’ that their representatives locally and in Washington align with the former president.
A whopping 81 percent of Republicans surveyed in a CBS News Poll released on Sunday say that they prefer candidates who have similar policies and proposals to Trump.
Most rank-and-filed Republicans want to see party loyalty to the former president.
A combined 65 percent of respondents say loyalty to Trump is either very or somewhat important, while only 14 percent said it ‘wasn’t important at all’ and 21 percent said it was ‘not too important’ to them.
The results are similar to the same survey taken last year, and it exhibits very little reassessment on the part of the Republican Party and how they feel about Trump as a party leader.
Despite the headlines of the fake news media, it is clear that President Trump is still the leader of the Republican party.
Do you agree with that sentiment?
