I definitely don’t trust him.

But it’s my job to report the news, and this Snake weaseled his way into the Speaker’s Chair so now I have to cover him.

It’s ok, I’ve had 3 years of practice covering The Resident.

This is no worse.

Upon taking the gavel, he made this speak where he revealed his first action in office:

I don’t like or trust him, but I’m ok with defunding 87,000 IRS agents!

The only catch?

Is it more talk?

And no action?

Is it even possible?

Didn’t he literally just approve that funding when he approved the Omnibus?

And wouldn’t a Bill have to pass the Senate and be signed by Biden?

So is it Dead On Arrival?

Or does the House have the ability to pull back funding since it controls the purse-strings?

I’d love to get someone smarter than me to comment on those questions down below.
