Omnibus Bill Includes $300+ Million for Future Flu Pandemic, Including ‘Surveillance Tools’

The controversial $1.7 trillion Omnibus Bill includes a provision “to prepare for or respond to an influenza pandemic,” as exposed by Congressman Dan Bishop (R-NC).

The spending package appropriates $335 million to prepare for a future flu pandemic.

$300 million “shall be available until expended, for activities including the development and purchase of vaccine, antivirals, necessary medical supplies, diagnostics, and other surveillance tools.”

The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Health Organization, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation conducted a global pandemic simulation for a pathogen deadlier than SARS-CoV-2.

This global pandemic simulation is named “Catastrophic Contagion.”

Unlike COVID-19, this plandemic disproportionately affected children and young people.

The simulation predicted a pandemic that could kill nearly 15 million children.

Catastrophic Contagion falls almost precisely three years after the globalists’ last simulation (known infamously as Event 201) of a coronavirus escaping in October 2019.

This latest plandemic tabletop exercise occurred via a desktop simulation of a new Enterovirus originating near Brazil.

The virus simulated has a higher fatality rate than COVID-19.

Bill Gates and senior public health officials from Angola, Germany, India, Liberia, Nigeria and Rwanda moderated discussions during the simulation.

The group conducted Catastrophic Contagion in Brussels, Belgium on October 23, 2022.

Bishop also highlighted a sinister “family planning” portion of the bill that will fund “reproductive health” in areas where “human population growth threatens biodiversity. The Omnibus bill also includes $900 million to support global health security programs to help countries detect and respond to infectious disease outbreaks, a total of $6.7 billion to combat HIV/AIDS, and $385 million to support biodiversity conservation programs, among other items, the Washington Examiner reported.

The bill will also name a federal building after Nancy Pelosi, $524.4 million for a DEI and “structural racism” National Institute of Health subdivision and the explicit prohibition of funds going to the Customs and Border Patrol “to acquire, maintain or extend border security technology and capabilities,” Fox News reported.
