Abraham Hamadeh just received some wonderful news.
The GOP candidate for Arizona Attorney General lost his race by a razor-thin margin of just 511 votes—this incredibly thin margin warrants further examination due to Maricopa County’s numerous voting issues on election day.
Arizona Judge, Lee Jantzen, has agreed that Hamadeh’s case has legal standing and has ruled that it can go forward.
Previously, I reported that a leaked email thread between Maricopa County officials revealed a stunning disparity in the official vote tally for the state.
Something is definitely rotten in Maricopa County and it’s not the first time; conservative pundits cheered the legal victory:
Great news in Arizona: @AbrahamHamadeh’s case in Mohave County goes to trial Friday, and court granted right to examine ballots also! Kudos to all the lawyers including my @dhillonlaw colleagues! 🙌🏽 pic.twitter.com/k2xwbEO6qw

Maricopa County took 3 weeks to count ballots and said that was the best they could do. My legal team will also take time to inspect the ballots. I expect the County to have the same patience they demanded from us to make sure every vote is counted.

They force vaccines on us.
They cancel us from society.
They silence us from social media.
They indoctrinate children.
They spread lies for the government.Yet, they call us the greatest threat to “democracy”
No, we are a threat to them and to their power.

The Epoch Times reports:
Along with the Republican National Committee, Hamadeh filed a lawsuit in Maricopa County court on Nov. 22 against his opponent alleging “errors and inaccuracies” at voting locations during the election process and requesting “judicial intervention” to ensure the candidate who “received the highest number of lawful votes is declared the next Arizona Attorney General.”
Mohave County Superior Court Judge Lee Jantzen said in a filing on Tuesday that Hamadeh can attempt to prove his case during a trial scheduled for Friday and can inspect ballots in Maricopa, Pima, and Navajo counties.
Maricopa County’s failures on Election Day need to be investigated. The court’s ruling is a small step toward restoring confidence in our electoral process. I am confident that had Maricopa County run a competent election we would not have to be in this litigation position.

My race is the closest race in Arizona history at a margin of 511 votes and for once, the Democrats are scared to count every ballot.

Kari Lake celebrated Hamadeh’s significant legal victory…
The candidate for Governor of Arizona has filed her own bevy of lawsuits against Maricopa County and has since won the right to inspect ballots.
Want some more good news? @AbrahamHamadeh’s Election Lawsuit is going to trial. Dismissal FAILED.
Something big is happening.

The Arizona Daily Independent writes:
The 2020 elections in Arizona have resulted in multiple election challenges, and voters who aware of the dubious nature of some of them might conclude that they are collectively “Much Ado About Nothing.”
But at least one of the election lawsuits not only merits further consideration, it is worth the time of Arizona’s legal system to fully evaluate it instead of rushing to judgment.
