The wins keep coming for Kari Lake!

Meanwhile, Katie Hobbs might be starting to feel the pressure.

A Maricopa County Superior Court Judge has sided with Lake, giving her the right to bring her election fraud case to trial.

Judge Judge Peter Thompson also DENIED the motion to dismiss by Katie Hobbs.

The trial is set to proceed Wednesday and Thursday with evidentiary hearings.

Lake’s massive lawsuit against Maricopa County is moving forward.

The Gateway Pundit has the breaking news:

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson dismissed the defendants’ motions to dismiss Kari Lake’s historic stolen election lawsuit.

The trial will proceed with evidentiary hearings on Wednesday and Thursday this week.

The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that Kari Lake’s attorneys gave an oral argument over the motions to dismiss in court this morning.

Kari Lake responded to the good news on Twitter:

Our friends at the Post Millennial have more:

On Tuesday, Kari Lake took the stage on day four of Turning Point USA’s Americafest in Phoenix, Arizona to speak of yesterday’s news that her post-midterm election lawsuit against Democrat Governor-elect Katie Hobbs is going to trial. Lake’s suit alleges illegal votes affected the state’s gubernatorial race.

“Hey guys, guess what? Christmas came early yesterday. We are going to trial,” Lake said, later adding, “I ran against our own version of Joe Biden here, Katie Hobbs, basement Hobbs. She ducked out on the debate, but she can’t duck out from taking the stand in our trial. She will have to take the stand.”

Hobbs repeatedly refused to debate Lake during the midterms but Hobbs will have to testify at trial.

“We’re taking these bastards to trial,” Lake added.
