Appeals Court STRIKES DOWN Biden’s Bogus Plan

The biggest bait & switch in my lifetime? Perhaps…

A federal appeals court consisting of Bush, Obama, and Trump appointees has denied the reinstatement of Biden’s student loan relief program.

This represents a major setback to the bogus proposal. I would say this is setting back the Biden agenda, but these people never actually planned on passing this.

Joe Biden is a career politician surrounded by legal advisors and he, himself, is a lawyer…

Nearly all of these people are lawyers—they understand the law, what they are allowed to do, the restriction of powers, and what will and won’t fly.

Democrats and Joe Biden, in particular, knew that the student debt relief proposal would never stand. They promised it as a point to sway unwitting voters and it likely heavily affected the midterms.

They want you to believe that the red wave was averted due to abortion when instead it was likely the promise of free money—when is it not about that?

Here’s more on the story:

The Epoch Times reports:

In a Nov. 30 ruling, the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Biden administration’s request to put on hold a judge’s Nov. 10 order vacating the $400 billion student debt relief program in a lawsuit brought forward by conservative advocacy group Job Creators Network Foundation (JCNF).

According to Fox News, Biden’s plan isn’t completely dead just yet:

Biden’s Department of Justice previously said it would request the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene if the 5th circuit denied the appeal.

Biden has requested the Supreme Court intervene and has said he is “confident” that his “student debt relief plan is legal.”

The Education Department has extended student loan repayment through June 2023, at which time borrowers have an additional 60 days to make a payment.
