The New York State Supreme Court just ruled in favor of the thousands of workers who were fired for being unvaccinated.
These employees are to be reinstated WITH backpay, as their rights were violated when they were fired.
According to the court, “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.”
New York City alone terminated 1,400 employees earlier this year, after the vaccine mandate was implemented under former mayor Bill DeBlasio.
This is a huge victory not just for New Yorkers, but for all Americans.
The Supreme Court’s ruling brings even more attention to the fact that the vaccine basically does nothing.
Democrats in New York are still glued to the fact that the original decision was the right thing to do, so vote accordingly.

spreading the virus.”

I’m glad we’re starting to see some justice for unvaccinated workers who were wrongly fired. They never deserved these cruel mandates. I applaud the NY Supreme Court on this decision. https://t.co/vDISKqoli5

Fox News also reported on the ruling:
The New York state Supreme Court has reinstated all employees who were fired for not being vaccinated, ordering back pay and saying their rights had been violated.
The court found Monday that “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.” New York City Mayor Eric Adams claimed earlier this year that his administration would not rehire employees who had been fired over their vaccination status.
NYC alone fired roughly 1,400 employees for being unvaccinated earlier this year after the city adopted a vaccine mandate under former Mayor Bill de Blasio.
WOW, the NY Supreme Court just reinstated all workers that were fired for not getting vaccinated and stated in their ruling that…
“Being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting Covid-19.”

NYC workers reinstated with back pay after Supreme Court stomps [VX] mandate. Now do all private sector workers who lost their jobs, doctors who were disgraced, and small businesses that didn’t survive the shutdown.
Because not only was the [VX] a scam, the whole thing was.— Ian Smith (@iansmithfitness) October 25, 2022
Workers who were fired for refusing to comply with New York City’s coronavirus vaccine mandate should be given back their jobs, as well as retroactive pay, Supreme Court Justice Ralph Porzio, ruled.
