President Trump dropped more hints regarding running in 2024.

In front of an energetic crowd in Robstown, Texas the 45th President was quoted saying “in order to make our country successful, safe and glorious again, I will probably have to do it again.”

Trump would follow up that statement by saying “My fellow citizens, this incredible journey we are on together has only just begun.”

Within the last week, both former VP Mike Pence and Trump’s former Secretary of state Mike Pompeo made comments that speculate they will both run against Trump in 2024.

But a brief look at the crowd last night in Robstown, Texas shows the two have no chance of defeating Trump.

The New York Post had these details to share:

President Donald Trump dropped his biggest hint so far that he may run again in 2024 at a rally in Texas, telling his supporters “I will probably have to do it again.”

“I ran twice. I won twice. I did much better the second time than I did before,” Trump said Saturday evening in Robstown, Texas, where he spoke in an effort to boost GOP candidates in the Lone Star State.

“Getting millions more votes in 2020 than 2016 and likewise, getting more votes than any sitting president in the history of our country by far. And now in order to make our country successful, safe and glorious again, I will probably have to do it again,” he said.

Later in the speech, the 45th president referred to the “silent majority” of voters who propelled him to the White House in 2016, saying they are “back stronger than ever before.”

“My fellow citizens, this incredible journey we are on together has only just begun,” he said.

The Post Millenial had these details to report:

President Donald Trump said “I will probably have to do it again” in regards to running for president in 2024. But first, he said, the GOP have to win the midterm elections.

The Robstown, Texas rally was packed with supporters waving “Save America” signs and bursting into renditions of the national anthem, “USA!” and “let’s go Brandon.”

Trump stumped for the candidates he endorsed in Texas on Saturday night, including Dan Patrick for Lt. Governor and Ken Paxton for Attorney General.

“This is a protest,” Trump said of the assembled crowd.

Supporters and haters alike have been sitting on the edge of their seats waiting to see if Trump will announce his candidacy for president in 2024.

Others on the GOP side have made their intentions known, such as Mike Pompeo who said he would run weather Trump runs for president or not.

Ron DeSantis’ name has also been mentioned as a potential GOP candidate, though he and his team have insisted that their focus is on Florida.

Trump spoke about the “unselect committee of political hacks and thugs,” and slammed those who sit on the January 6 committee for their hypocristy and partisan bickering.
