There are two tiers of justice in this country: one for Democrats and one for everyone else.
Steve Bannon has been sentenced to jail for daring to defy a sham subpoena from a sham congressional committee—a kangaroo court in every sense of the word.
A judge sentenced Bannon to 4 months in jail and ordered him to pay a $6,500 fine, but has issued a stay of sentence pending his appeal…
His daughter shared this heart-warming message:
To the world my dad is one person, but to me he is the world.
My dad has always stood with me and I will always stand with him.
I repeat, I WILL ALWAYS STAND WITH STEVE BANNON! #istandwithsteve #istandwithstevebannon pic.twitter.com/rhp7lPGGMi

The outpouring of support from patriots was immense.
Jack Posobiec tells his audience “Steve Bannon is showing you right now, the cost of maintaining your soul in a corrupt society”…
A society that hearkens back to the Orwellian nightmare captured in books such as 1984 and Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged.
Keep the Great Patriot Steve Bannon in your prayers. https://t.co/5dvGQbdgh9

The Post Millennial reports:
During the morning’s proceedings, prosecutors with the Department of Justice argued that there is a one month minimum sentence associated with the charges, while Bannon’s defense team argued that there is in fact no “mandatory minimum” in this case.
In response to the arguments, Judge Nichols said that there is indeed a minimum sentence in this case.
According to 2 USC §192, contempt of Congress carries with it a minimum sentence of 30 days in jail and a $100 fine, and a maximum sentence of 12 months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
They went after Trump.
They went after Steve Bannon.
But, they’re really going after YOU and our movement.
We are ascendant. We will win. We will defeat this tyrannical Regime.
I stand with Steve Bannon.

BREAKING UPDATE: [Steve Bannon] Judge Nichols RULES IN FAVOR of the DOJ, stating a contempt of Congress conviction is indeed subject to a MANDATORY MINIMUM JAIL SENTENCE of 30 days…

Steve Bannon is a living legend and force of nature in politics and media
One of the few irreplaceable talents in the arena
And one of the few tough enough to face the storm our illegitimate Regime visits on its most effective critics

WUSA 9, a local CBS affiliate, previously reported:
Under federal statute, Bannon faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 days in jail and a maximum sentence of up to 1 year in jail on each count, as well as a fine of up to $100,000 on each count.
On Monday, prosecutors argued Bannon should serve six months behind bars – at the top of the recommended sentencing guideline – and should pay the maximum fine of $200,000 “based on his demand to pay the maximum fine in lieu of participating in the standard presentencing financial investigation.”
