Trump is Playing Master-Level Chess with Biden’s DOJ

It’s unclear who the FBI and their handlers thought they were dealing with in regards to the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Maybe after getting the election snatched from him, they thought President Trump would simply lay over for Biden and his vultures to consume. Well, they’ve learned very quickly that the President is always ready to put up a championship caliber fight at any moment.

Within weeks, of the DOJ and FBI raid, the President’s team was able to halt the government’s witch-hunt well into December.

The FBI messed up. After getting slapped by a Florida judge and the President’s very expensive legal team, they realized that their bungling hit job was going to backfire.

How? Because their ego and stupidity gave President Trump all the ammunition he needs to tie the entire DOJ to the Left’s election corruption.

The DOJ wanted to make a public spectacle of the raid on Trump’s property. They wanted to humiliate him in the public square. (Roger Stone being hauled off in cuffs and pajamas, anybody?)

The thing is, by doing that, they gave President Trump everything he needs to deliver undeniable evidence to the American people that government agencies are being weaponized by Democrats and the radical Left. By tying anything that the Democrats may use against him directly to information that could only have been attained from the raid.

Well, it looks like the President has moved forward with the next phase of his “drain the swamp” strategy when it comes to the DOJ.

USA Today shared the new developments. Check it out:

The Justice Department urged the Supreme Court on Tuesday not to grant an emergency request from Donald Trump to review an appeals court decision dealing with the classified documents seized from his Florida estate because he “has no plausible claim of ownership” of the records.

The reason the DOJ has their emotions running high is because President Trump has made a motion that the “classified” documents that the department are claiming were never declassified be reviewed by the special master that has been appointed to look at all documents that were taken.

Trump asked the court Oct. 4 to review the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision that allowed the department to continue its investigation of about 100 classified documents for possible crimes. Trump’s lawyers argued the documents should be part of a special master’s review of 11,000 records seized at Mar-a-Lago.

In typical corrupt fashion, the DOJ doesn’t want to hand over the documents for third party verification. They just want everyone to take their word for it. Seems fishy.

But government lawyers contend the Supreme Court should reject the request because Trump has little hope of winning and hasn’t shown he would suffer irreparable harm from the review.

“That limited relief imposes no harm – much less irreparable injury” on Trump, the department argued. Trump, the government said, “does not seriously argue otherwise.”

The government, however, could be harmed by having to disclose the classified records to the special master, “some of which reflect the highest levels of classification and extraordinarily restricted distribution,” according to department lawyers.

The president has put the screws to the DOJ with this recent appeal to include the “classified” documents in the third party review.

If the courts decide to approve this motion, it would give the President the opportunity to expose many of the lies the government has been presenting to the court.

He would be able to show how many of the documents seized were in fact not classified or had been declassified. He’d also be able to reveal how so much of his personal information and confidential documents ended up in the FBI’s possession.

That would be bad news for the DOJ and anyone that’s pulling the strings behind the scenes.

President Trump knows this, it’s why he’s going all in with a 7-figure legal team to expose the rot.

Chutkow, the former prosecutor, said the court battle illustrates Trump’s willingness to fight the unprecedented search, after paying a reported $3 million retainer to his lawyers.

Trump isn’t just after the people at the top either. He’s involved the DOJ at nearly every level in this legal process so that he can expose the corruption en’ mass.

The filing is the latest in a complicated legal case intertwined in four venues of federal court: the Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit appeals court, U.S. District Court in southern Florida and a special master’s court in Brooklyn.

“It’s the equivalent of a judicial pileup on the highway,” said Mark Chutkow, a former federal prosecutor now at Dykema law firm.

The media thinks it’s just drama and stalling. Legal minds know that it’s actually a 4-D legal chess game being played between Trump and the forces at work against him in the federal government.

If the special master received the classified documents, Trump could argue that he deserved to see them, too, which could complicate any potential criminal case, Chutkow said.

“There’s some multi-level chess being played here,” Chutnow said.

This latest development is exciting to witness. Not only is it satisfying to see the President standing against the full weight and resources of the DOJ, it’s incredible because despite what people think, he’s winning.

The President has always been invested in the long-game. He’s not interested in what it looks in the short term.

It will be interesting to see what happens when this President with vision reveals his winning move against a government agency that can’t see past their own corruption.
