Hurricane Ian made landfall on Florida’s west coast on Wednesday as a category 4 storm.
The eye of the storm hit Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Punta Gorda Wednesday with maximum sustained winds of 155 miles per hour.
The hurricane’s water level reached at least 12 feet, according to FOX Weather.
Hundreds are feared dead and homes are underwater in Fort Meyers.
Houses are wiped off their foundations and seen floating down streets in Fort Myers Beach as storm surge from Hurricane #Ian moves in.
