Fox News reported that no shots were fired and police found no evidence of a shooting.
After an investigation, it was determined that no shots were fired, and a spokesperson for the police department said that there is no active threat to the community.
Bannon's home was apparently "swatted" on July 8, as someone called 911 and reported that a gunman was inside a Capitol Hill home that was revealed to be Bannon's, according to the New York Post.
According to the Daily Mail, cops, firefighters, and medics were dispatched to Bannon’s residence.
This was the second swatting of Bannon’s home this summer, with the first taking place July 8 while he was on air at the nearby War Room studio.
On Saturday morning, Steve Bannon was swatted for a third time.
Bannon was on his popular War Room show when the police came to his door.
Bannon told his audience he was swatted during Saturday’s show.
He said this near the end of his show.
