I got some great news everyone!
A judge recently ruled that the Mar-A-Lago affidavit should be made public—at least portions of it and that Biden’s regime has no right to withhold the documents.
Whether or not we actually end up with the affidavit remains to be seen…
It also has to be said: the state cannot be trusted—not now, not ever, but especially not after the insane stunt they just pulled by raiding the home of a former U.S. President.
Can we truly trust the likes of the FBI and the DOJ to release the affidavit in its original form?
Personally, I believe that they will simply issue a false set of documents and we may never see the original affidavit…Furthermore, while Judge Reinhart denied the government this time, he may not deny them next time.
Presently, he has set a deadline of August 25th for the state to appeal his ruling.
Read on and let us know where you think this is all heading:
JUST IN: Magistrate Judge Reinhart has filed a written order memorializing his decision to consider unsealing portions of the Mar-a-Lago affidavit.
He notes that no one from Trump's team intervenet. Also says he may ultimately agree w/ DOJ.https://t.co/MqOuPYRRhE pic.twitter.com/pipQdz2ckm

The judge also pointedly notes that it has been 2 weeks since the FBI seizure of classified documents – and Trump has not filed a single legal motion about whether the affidavit for the Mar-a-Lago search warrant should be made public. pic.twitter.com/3bKDeYx2Uw

The Epoch Times relayed the judge’s words:
“I cannot say at this point that partial redactions will be so extensive that they will result in a meaningless disclosure, but I may ultimately reach that conclusion after hearing further from the Government,” he said.
Still, “given the intense public and historical interest in an unprecedented search of a former President’s residence, the Government has not yet shown that these administrative concerns are sufficient to justify sealing,” he added.
“I therefore reject the Government’s argument that the present record justifies keeping the entire Affidavit under seal.”

The Post Millennial writes:
Former President Trump has demanded that the affidavit be unsealed and released without redactions. “In the interest of TRANSPARENCY, I call for the immediate release of the completely Unredacted Affidavit pertaining to this horrible and shocking BREAK-IN,” Trump wrote.
