Trump is always one step ahead of his political enemies.

President Trump and his attorneys have all agreed to the public release of the FBI’s warrants that authorized the raid of Trump’s home.

Just hours after Trump agreed to release the search warrants, the FBI warrant were mysteriously leaked and both Human Events and Breitbart publicly released the documents

CBS shared these details:

Donald Trump’s attorneys agreed to the public release of the search warrant authorizing the FBI’s seizure of documents from his Florida home, according to court papers filed Friday. The warrant was released Friday afternoon.

Trump’s consent to the disclosure follows Attorney General Merrick Garland’s announcement Thursday that the Justice Department had filed a motion to push for the documents’ unsealing after the former president publicly confirmed the search of his Mar-a-Lago resort earlier this week.

On Monday, the FBI seized boxes and documents, but no electronics, sources confirmed.

Trump himself said late Thursday in a statement that he encouraged the warrant’s release. On Friday, he posted on Truth Social that the documents were “all declassified” and the FBI “didn’t need to ‘seize anything.'”

“They could have had it anytime they wanted without playing politics and breaking into Mar-a-Lago. It was in secured storage, with an additional lock put on as per their request,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

Here’s what Human Events reported:

Human Events has obtained a copy of the search warrant filed to search former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. That warrant was filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and details information about the property and the search.

The warrant details the address and locations to be searched, including that “The locations to be searched include the ‘45 Office,’ all storage rooms, and all other rooms or areas within the premises used or available to be used by FPOTUS and his staff and in which boxes or documents could be stored, including all structures or buildings on the estate.”

The warrant did not include a call to search parts of the property that are in use by members of the Mar-a-Lago club, or rentals.

It further reads that the “Property to be seized” includes “All physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime or other items illegally possessed in violation” of legal codes, including:

“Any physical documents with classification markings, along with any containers/boxes (including any other contents) in which such documents are locations, as well as any other containers/boxes that are collectively stored or found together with the aforementioned documents and containers/boxes:

“Information, including communications in any form, regarding the retrieval, storage, or transmission of national defense information or classified material;

“Any government and/or Presidential Records created between January 20, 2017,” the day Trump took office, and the end of his term.

Additionally, the warrant demands the seizure of “Any evidence of the knowing alteration, destruction, or concealment of and government and/or Presidential Records, or of any documents with classification markings.”

A receipt of property for dozens of boxes follows, with that receipt signed by Trump attorney Christina Bobb on August 8, at 6:19 pm.

Receipts for property include a “Grant of Clemency” for Roger Stone, information regarding President Macron of France, as well as “various classified/TS/SCI documents.” Many binders of photos were seized, along with “Miscellaneous Secret Documents” and “Miscellaneous Top Secret Documents.”
