Elon Musk Predicts Political Attacks, Calls WSJ “Total BS”

Elon Musk is still engaged in an embittered battle with Twitter…

The 51-year-old billionaire sent shockwaves through the online world with his recent move to cancel the $44 billion Twitter buyout deal.

Now, I just want to take a moment to point out that there was the most stubborn opposition by the Democrat establishment, liberal activists, and statists to block the initial Musk offer.

Following the insane liberal backlash and the pathetic stalling tactics of Twitter’s management, Musk’s offer was accepted in accordance with the fiduciary duty of Twitter’s board to its shareholders.

What followed was nothing short of a revelation…

Elon Musk’s legal team requested information on Twitter’s automated bot accounts, just how many were there on the world’s leading journalistic social platform?

We don’t know, but what we do know is that Twitter has reportedly failed to provide the proper information to Musk’s team, and has, to date, failed to provide any proof that their automated bot count is well under their initially reported 5%.

Musk has speculated that the actual number of automated user bots falls somewhere between 20-90% of all accounts on the platform.

This failure to provide critical information is the sole reason for Musk moving to cancel the deal, and now the very same people who once staunchly opposed his bid are clamoring for him to buy the entire company!

Amid all this pandemonium, Musk predicted that political attacks against him would see a dramatic increase in the coming months.

Fast forward to today, and we may just be witnessing one of these politically motivated attacks in the form of a Wall Street Journal Article detailing an affair between Google co-founder Sergei Brin’s wife and the Tesla C.E.O.

Musk vehemently denied the claims, calling the entire WSJ piece “total BS”—citing the two men’s continued friendship and asserting that the two just attended a party together the other night:

At a party earlier this year, Musk reportedly dropped to one knee in front of Brin and begged forgiveness, apologizing profusely for the transgression.

Brin acknowledged the apology, but still isn’t speaking ‘regularly’ to Musk, the people said.

The tryst happened shortly after Musk broke up with his girlfriend, Grimes, in September.
