Former Mark Meadows aide Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony to the Jan 6 Committee continues getting ripped into shreds.
Hutchinson testified before the committee and claimed that President Trump lunged towards the steering wheel of the presidential vehicle he was in and proceeded to attack a secret service agent.
She also claimed that Trump lunged at the agent because he told him to drive towards the Capitol but the secret service agent refused due to not having a security clearance.
Trump responded to Hutchinson's claims and stated “Her fake story that I tried to grab the steering wheel of the White House limousine in order to steer it to the Capitol is “sick” and fraudulent, very much like the Unselect Committee itself – Wouldn’t have even been possible to do such a ridiculous thing.”

Hutchinson's testimony took another blow after NBC News reported that the Secret Service's lead agent and the presidential driver are both prepared to testify under oath that neither were assaulted and Trump never lunged for the steering wheel.

"A source close to the Secret Service tells me both Bobby Engel, the lead agent, and the presidential limousine/SUV driver are prepared to testify under oath that neither man was assaulted and that Mr. Trump never lunged for the steering wheel," NBC News' Peter Alexander reported.

Testimonies from both the Secret Service's lead agent and presidential limousine/SUV driver would further validate Hutchinson's claims as bogus.
Information Liberation noted:
According to a Bloomberg article published eight days after Jan 6 on Jan 14, Hutchinson was planning to get a job at Mar-a-Lago but as Trump noted above, he "personally turned her request her down."

Further undermining her testimony, Roger Stone said he never spoke to Mark Meadows on Jan 5.

Will Hutchinson be on the hot seat if it becomes clear she lied under oath?
