NFL Linebacker Jaylon Ferguson Passes Away Mysteriously at 26

Yet another top-tier athlete has passed away at a young age.

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Jaylon Ferguson has passed away at just 26-years-old.

Police responded to reports of a “questionable death” at a Baltimore residence around 11:25 pm on Tuesday.

There, they found Jaylon being treated by medics but unresponsive.

The medics pronounced him dead at the scene moments later.

Police found no signs of trauma or foul play.

A medical examiner has yet to determine the cause of death.

The Baltimore Police Dept. tells TMZ Sports … officers responded to a Baltimore residence at around 11:25 PM on Tuesday regarding a report of a “questionable death.”

Police say when they arrived on scene, they found Ferguson unresponsive while being treated by medics.

“Ferguson never regained consciousness,” cops say, “and was pronounced dead on the scene by medics.”

ESPN provided more details:

“We are profoundly saddened by the tragic passing of Jaylon Ferguson,” the team said in a statement. “He was a kind, respectful young man with a big smile and infectious personality. We express our heartfelt condolences to Jaylon’s family and friends as we mourn a life lost much too soon.”

At approximately 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, Baltimore Police said officers responded to a home in the northern district of the city, where they found Ferguson unresponsive and being treated by medics. Ferguson never regained consciousness and was pronounced dead on the scene by medics, according to police.

Baltimore Police said there were no signs of trauma found or foul play suspected at this time. Ferguson’s body was transported to the medical examiner’s office, where a cause of death will be determined.
