CA Democrat Accused of Election Tampering as Judge Overturns Results Because of Illegal Votes

We know that election integrity is one of the greatest enemies to the Left and their agenda. As we so in the 2020 elections, there are systems and mechanisms in place that are actively working against the democratic will of the American people.

However, despite their greatest efforts to bully everyone into silence, there are brave Americans that are standing up to corruption and seeking to fix the voting system that is clearly compromised. Investigators in Yuma County, Arizona have taken up the call to hunt down over twenty open cases of voter fraud related to the presidential elections. It seems that things are starting to come out of the woodwork.

With investigations opening up around the country and it seems that the Left is having a hard time keeping their narrative of secure elections in tact. Dinesh Desouza’s latest documentary “2000 Mules” didn’t do them any favors.

While all the attention might be focused on corruption on the national election level, it seems that exposure of corruption on the state and local level are coming to light as well. In fact, in California, an election has been overturned by a judge because of illegal votes. The LA Times shares the details of what happened.

Two-term Councilman Isaac Galvan must be replaced by his challenger, Andre Spicer, after a judge determined that four of the votes cast in the election were submitted by people who did not live in the council district that the two men were vying to represent, according to a 10-page ruling issued Friday by Superior Court Judge Michelle Williams Court.

After a contentious primary, Galvan and Spicer advanced to a runoff in June 2021, which Galvan won, 855 to 854. With the four illegal ballots disqualified, Court ruled that Spicer was the rightful winner of the election by a tally of 854 to 851.

The article goes on to detail how the illegal votes were not an innocent mistake made by people who just didn’t know what district they lived in. The reversal of this election is the direct result of uncovering a deeply rooted election rigging scandal. In fact, prosecutors are looking to charge candidate Galvan and his accomplices with the crime.

Here’s what the article had to say regarding the details.

Prosecutors alleged that Galvan conspired with primary opponent Jace Dawson to direct voters from outside the council district to cast ballots for Galvan in the June runoff against Spicer. Galvan was also accused of trying to bribe an elections official with concert tickets, according to the criminal complaint. The official immediately reported the attempt, according to Dean Logan, the county’s top elections official.

As you can see, this is not just a clerical error. According to prosecutors, Galvan went to huge lengths to try and rig the election in his favor. Based on other reporting, these efforts may have involved physically harming people. Investigative reporter Eric Leonard broke down more of the details of what could have happened behind the scenes of this corruption. You can check out his Twitter thread below:

The investigation into this election scandal is still ongoing. However it does raise some very important questions regarding election integrity.

It is interesting that the Left says it’s impossible to reverse elections once they’ve already happened. As this case in California proves, that is not true. As more news comes out regarding this and larger elections across the nation, could there be a point where lawmakers and judges will have no choice but to fix things?

If nothing else, the efforts of these prosecutors in exposing election fraud help give hope that there are still people in power out there that believe in the importance of our democratic process and are willing to take a stand when it counts.  Hopefully with upcoming elections, more will join the fight.
