AOC Wants To Sell Her Tesla Because of Elon Musk

AOC and Elon Musk are at it again.

Previously the two began a feud after AOC took to Twitter and stated “a billionaire with an ego problem” is taking over America to which Musk replied to her “stop hitting on me”.

Now, AOC is claiming she will ditch her Tesla Model 3 and replace it with another electric car that employs unionized workers.

AOC previously lauded that she rod in a Tesla but now that Elon has exposed her, she is now singing a different tune.

Newsmax shared these details on the riff:

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., is keen to ditch her Tesla Model 3 and purchase another electric vehicle after getting into a tiff on Twitter with Tesla CEO Elon Musk, Bloomberg reports.

The Democrat told the news outlet on Wednesday she would “love to switch” the type of electric vehicle she owns, this time opting for a brand that employs unionized workers.

“At the time, it was the only EV that could get me from New York to Washington on like one, or one-and-a-half charges,” she said of the Tesla she purchased in 2020 after COVID-19 hit.

AOC’s comments follow a tiff on Twitter between the congresswoman and Musk, where she tweeted that she was “tired of having to collectively stress” because “some billionaire with an ego problem” cut a deal to buy Twitter.

Here’s what The New York Post had to report:

Elon Musk once again trolled Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Twitter — daring her to ask her own followers whether they have less trust in politicians or billionaires.

The Tesla CEO addressed the New York congresswoman directly on his Twitter account late on Thursday — just days after the progressive “Squad” member said she’s eager to sell her Tesla.

Musk on Thursday posted a survey in which he asks: “Who do you trust less? Real question.”

The two options given were politicians and billionaires. More than 2.3 million people voted in the poll, which 76% saying they had less trust in politicians.

Musk then tweeted: “@aoc I dare you to run the same poll with your followers.”

When one Twitter user wondered whether Musk was “picking on” the congresswoman because she said she wanted to ditch her Tesla, the tech mogul responded with a wide-eyed and a laughing hysterical emoji.
