Newsmedia had more details to share:
There’s a new world record for biggest pillow fight, ever, thanks to MyPillow and a bunch of Christians.
MyPillow, which is headquartered in Chaska and manufactured in Shakopee, donated over 70,000 MyPillows to attendees at The Pulse, a Minneapolis Christian evangelism event, May 18 for a massive pillow fight. Guinness Book of World Records were at the event, and early Saturday put the official count at 7,681, due to strict guidelines, despite the stadium full of pillow-fighters.
The free event featured Grammy Award-winning artist Lecrae, Hillsong Young & Free, Tye Tribbett, dancers the Jabbawockeez and a message from Pulse founder Nick Hall.
