If not, here it is, plus my take on it:

Now first of all, I have no idea if the report is true about President Trump saying that.
It may be a complete fabrication like so much else from the MSM.
But if true, and I suspect it may be, it's NOT far-fetched.
In the article above, I reported about HAARP -- an official Government weather modification program...
But if you think that's just a "conspiracy", then I'd love to see what you make of this...
Behold, NOAA Form 17-4A NOAA Form 17-4A Interim Activity Reports and Final Report.
NOAA stands for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and it is an official government agency under the U.S. Department of Commerce.
And guess what NOAA has?
Form 17-4A which is called: "Weather Modification Activities Reports".
Yes folks, not only is Weather Modification real, it's SO real and SO common that you have to fill out a government form each time you modify the weather!
