A former Fox News analyst has turned his back on free speech.
Carl Cameron a former Fox News host in a recent interview with MSNBC, advocated for Republicans to be jailed for misinformation.
Cameron was quoted saying “We got to watch out because the Republicans have become the purveyors of misinformation”.
He would then follow that statement up by saying “The president acknowledged that it’s time to actually start doing things and maybe taking some names and putting people in jail”.
Watch the moment he said it here:

MSNBC guest. . . Also known as Carl Cameron, formerly of Fox News. Gotta tell you, love the clarity that we’re getting these days as people drop the masquerade and show their true colors. https://t.co/KheDRtykY3

Real Clear Politics added these details:
Former FOX News correspondent Carl Cameron to MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace on Tuesday: “It really is kind of horrible to think that journalists with national and international capacity are putting together this type of nonsense.
I think the president did a great job. I wish he had done a lot of this a lot sooner, and we need a lot more from the left and the middle, and we got to watch out because the Republicans have become the purveyors of misinformation, and when our two-party system is broken like that, democracy is seriously in trouble.
The president acknowledged that it’s time to actually start doing things and maybe taking some names and putting people in jail.”
Cameron would go further though and even blame Tucker Carlson for the Buffalo Shooting.

Conservative News had more on the story:
After the horrific mass shooting in Buffalo, New York, the usual suspects on the Left have mobilized to take another stab at getting rid of Tucker Carlson. This time, they’ve trotted out the forgotten Carl Cameron, who was formerly a chief political correspondent at Fox News.
Following the time-honored tradition of never letting a good crisis go to waste, the mainstream media echo chamber has unanimously adopted the narrative that the commonsense views espoused by Carlson on his nightly program are “fringe” and “radical,” and are responsible for the mass shooting. Moreover, they make the mistake of all would-be totalitarians in supposing that they can eliminate the message by disposing of the messenger, apparently not realizing that Carlson is merely giving a voice to those who have too long been denied one.
It’s why there’s something particularly distasteful about the obvious glee with which left-wing outlets have greeted the Buffalo shooting, evidently sensing a chance to eliminate their ideological opponents once and for all. Case in point: on Tuesday, MSNBC’s Nicolle Wallace and guest Carl Cameron did their level best to impugn Carlson as the real culprit in the Buffalo massacre.
“I mean, obviously a mass shooter is responsible for the violence and the heinous acts that the mass shooter committed,” Wallace conceded, reasonably enough, in the opening to her segment. “It is also true that the ideology left in the mass shooter’s screed mirrors the ideology championed by Tucker Carlson.”
If you look up who owns Fox News you would find out it’s the Murdoch Family.
Although Rupert Murdoch has been an outspoken conservative throughout his lifetime, his son and daughter-in-law have donated to progressive causes all throughout the 2020 election cycle.
