Joe Biden once again denounced his predecessor and those who supported the policies of the Trump administration.
After remarks earlier this week that portrayed the Make America Great Again movement as “extreme,” many conservative pundits took Biden to task.
Among the most vocal critics was Donald Trump himself.
According to Fox News:
Former President Trump on Thursday told Fox News Digital that “MAGA is saving America,” and slammed President Biden for being “divisive” when he called MAGA the “most extreme political organization that’s existed in recent American history.”
“MAGA is saving America,” Trump told Fox News. “Our country is going to hell. MAGA is saving America.”
“Inflation, incompetent withdrawals from Afghanistan, leaving hostages horribly wounded, soldiers, $85 billion of military equipment – MAGA is saving America,” Trump continued.
The former president said the U.S. is “no longer respected throughout the world.”
“Ukraine should have never happened,” Trump said, declaring that “Russia would have never gone into Ukraine” under his leadership.
“MAGA is saving our country,” Trump said again.
It’s clear that many other prominent Americans support Trump’s position.
Joe Biden just said, "This MAGA crowd is the most extreme political organization that's existed in American history."
Meanwhile last night, leftists were out destroying LA and beating up cops…

I laughed when Biden said the MAGA crowd is extreme, considering the Democrats raised $20,000,000 for their rioter's bail. At the same time, they looted, murdered, and burned down cities tells you everything you need to know about the current state of their radial party.

Biden called the MAGA crowd the most extreme political organization in history? Has he forgotten the 2020 BLM riots? The Antifa autonomous zones? Stupid question. Probably. He doesn't know where he is half the time.

When I hear Biden call maga people “extremists” it makes me want to push even harder to eliminate his communist, no common sense party in November. #AmericaFirst

Biden says the ‘MAGA crowd’ is the most extreme political organization that’s existed in American history. Really? 'Cause I can think of a few others.

Even a few Democrats were willing to speak up against Biden’s characterization of the MAGA movement and its adherents.
Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) admonished the current administration for the divisive rhetoric.
During a Fox News interview, she explained:
This is outrageous. And so for every American who’s watching, every American who’s seen this, no matter how you feel about the MAGA crowd, this is an authoritarian assault on our freedom. And we need to stand together very strongly against this attempt to intimidate and silence anyone who holds political views that are different from, or opposed to what this president and his administration are furthering.
Biden is turning up the partisanship ahead of a midterm election cycle that is on pace to return control of Congress to the GOP.
According to CNN:
President Joe Biden on Wednesday sharpened the contrast between his policies and what he derided as an “ultra-MAGA agenda” on the right as he looks to hone his midterm message heading into a high-stakes campaign season.
The President zeroed in on an economic plan put forward by the leader of the Senate Republicans’ campaign arm, Sen. Rick Scott of Florida, which Biden said was “extreme” and would raise taxes on millions of working-class American families. Scott’s plan, which has been rebuked by Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell, includes many Trumpian proposals and calls for completing a border wall and naming it after former President Donald Trump.
