(WATCH) Fauci Insists the CDC Should Have Authority Over Federal Courts: “This is a CDC Issue, It Should Not Have Been a Court Issue”

In an interview with CNN’s Kasie Hunt, Dr. Fraudci insisted the CDC is above federal courts.

Fraudci was asked about a Trump-appointed federal judge declaring the mask mandate on airplanes and other public transportation as unlawful.

In response, Fraudci said he’s “surprised and disappointed” that a federal judge intervened and said mask mandates are the purview of the CDC.

“This is a CDC issue, it should not have been a court issue,” Fraudci said.

“We are concerned about courts getting involved in things that are unequivocally public health decisions.”

“That’s no place for the courts to do that,” he added.

Fraudci is a megalomaniac with a Napoleon complex the size of Mt. Everest.

The unelected bureaucrat thinks he and the CDC should stand above the United States judicial and legislative branches.

He and the public health agency should NEVER hold any power whatsoever.
