Sussmann’s trial will begin on May 16th…
Many expect that the trial will reveal much about the Clinton 2016 campaign and those associates responsible for the Russian collusion conspiracy theory.
The latest reports indicate that Special Counsel John Durham wants to enter the 2016 Hillary Clinton tweets, referencing the now debunked connection between Donald J. Trump and Alfa Bank, as evidence in Sussmann’s upcoming trial.
Similar sources claim Sussmann doesn’t want those tweets entered into evidence….I wonder why?
If Sussmann is allowed to get his way then the most important piece of the puzzle may not come to light, but something tells me that this tweet will be entered into evidence:

Special Prosecutor John Durham wants to use Hillary Clinton’s tweet accusing Trump of having a secret line of communication with Russian Alfa Bank as evidence in Michael Sussmann’s trial next month.

Washington Examiner explains:
Sussmann’s lawyers argued the Clinton tweet sharing Sullivan’s statement and touting the story, which originally appeared in Slate, should be considered “inadmissible” for two “fundamental” reasons.
Sussman’s lawyers wrote, “The Tweet, which was posted on October 31, 2016, does not reveal anything about Mr. Sussmann’s state of mind over a month earlier, when he purportedly made the alleged false statement.”

Perkins Coie partner Michael Sussmann began peddling the now-debunked Alfa Bank-Trump story in late July 2016. He told Steele about it on July 29 & FBI's general counsel on Sept. 14.
Hillary sent out a tweet on Oct. 31 of a story making the allegation. https://t.co/HkotWygi97

The Gateway Pundit reminds readers:
According to the indictment, Sussmann falsely told James Baker he wasn’t doing work “for any client” when he asked for a meeting with the FBI where he presented bogus evidence the Trump Tower was secretly communicating with Kremlin-tied Alfa Bank.
