Matthew Martin has just been acquitted of all charges relating to allegations of his role in the January 6th riots.
It turns out that walking through a door, which police are essentially holding for you is not a crime—who would have thought?
Judge Trevor N. McFadden made what I believe is a landmark ruling this week in the ongoing January 6th trials—a ruling that could change everything.
McFadden agreed that it was plausible that Martin was reasonably led to believe that he wasn’t crossing a police barrier when he entered the building.
This goes against the entirety of the mainstream media narrative relating to the January 6th riots; riots which have previously been explained by the F.B.I. as having no premeditation by Trump supporters.
Now that a judge has officially agreed, on record, that people were essentially allowed to be there, we may actually see justice.
Here’s more on the story:
A Federal Judge found Matthew Martin NOT GUILTY of all January 6 charges because the police officers let him into the Capitol.
Can’t trespass if you have a police escort. #Justice

CBS News reports:
In his ruling, McFadden cited Martin’s demeanor while inside the Capitol, noting that he did not appear to be screaming or crowding anybody.
McFadden also referenced video indicating police didn’t physically block Martin as he entered the building, and one even appeared to possibly be waving him inside.

Matthew Martin, of New Mexico, has been acquitted of all charges related to the Jan. 6 riots
"This verdict, could be quite significant. It lays down a marker…we now have somebody inside [the U.S. Capitol] amid a riot, who has not been deemed guilty," @MacFarlaneNews reports. pic.twitter.com/fdFRafyAQv

According to NBC News:
McFadden said it was “not unreasonable” for Martin to assume that outnumbered officers were allowing protesters to enter the Capitol.
McFadden said that the government did not show evidence of Martin crossing police lines that had been broken down by the mob before Martin arrived.
