Joe Biden recently went on camera to say something that I find quite shocking and revelatory. While you watch the video below keep in mind that these people are telling us how they truly are.
Read the subtexts here, there is absolutely nothing normal about this kind of behavior. It is not widespread, it is criminal in both a moral sense, and according to the law.
If Joe Biden tells the world that this type of behavior is widespread and normal in an effort to protect his son then that speaks volumes about the entire family, and the political class to which they belong:

Biden’s ‘creepy’ behavior was previously mentioned in this Daily Mail article published last year:

The New York Post also noted Biden’s bizarre behavior, although these claims lack the sexual implications of other allegations made against ‘creepy Biden’ in the past:
President Biden on Thursday repeatedly whispered to reporters during an impromptu press conference at the White House — drawing bemused social media speculation and jokes about the “really creepy” exchanges.
On three separate occasions, Biden hunched over his lectern in the White House East Room and forcefully whispered to reporters.
