Is Ukraine the WEF ‘Great Reset’ Model to Rise After the Russian ‘Invasion?’ The Social Credit Diia App Explained

What strings are being pulled behind the scenes of this invasion of Ukraine?

That’s what the mainstream media won’t tell the public.

While the Russian invaders remain the mainstream headline, we must find what these programming networks want us to ignore.

One thing to catch my attention is Ukraine’s Diia app.

Who knew that Ukraine has quietly introduced the World Economic Forum’s ‘Great Reset‘ model while the noisy Russia-Ukraine conflict entertains the masses?

Not a huge shocker when you critically think and know how the media operates.

Whatever the media pushes is always a distraction from important matters.

To gain perspective of Ukraine’s dystopian Diia app, just take a glimpse of the page for the Diia Summit.

Below, I posted a few screenshots that highlight the features of this digital application (note the creepy DNA strand):

Here’s a critical Twitter thread that provides more context into Ukraine being the bedrock of the WEF’s Great Reset ‘Digital ID Wallet’ experimentation.

Perhaps a blueprint model for Western Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, etc.

Ukraine already has a social credit system?

Per Free West Media:

According to conditions outlined in the program, money (1000 hryvnia) has been given to the citizens of Ukraine from the age of 14 years old if they can show proof of a full course of vaccination against the Corona virus.

The official start of the program took place on December 19, 2021, and was designed to last a year – until December 18, 2022, and will be implemented in several stages. “In the first stage, the funds will be received through the Diia application. In the second stage (II-III quarter of 2022) there will be offered an alternative offline mechanism, which is currently being elaborated. People who do not have smartphones will be able to apply for help offline.”

On February 14, Ukrainians aged over 60 were able to spend the funds accrued under the ePidtrymka program to pay for housing and communal services. Currently, some 3,5 million people aged over 60 have a green Covid-19 vaccination certificate, according to the government.

The program reverts back to the Diia app and digitizes social services and programs based on compliance to the state.

Notice how the program is only available for vaccinated Ukrainians.

Despite the promise of government money, Ukraine has Europe’s lowest COVID-19 inoculation rate.

As Free West Media explained, the Russia-Ukraine conflict fueled the program’s extension:

Banking oligarchs are behind the push for helicopter money and the program was extended after hostilities began.

From March 14, people with disabilities will be able to spend the funds received under the program for social needs, including medicines and utility bills. Meanwhile, from March 14, all Ukrainians who have had a booster shot, will be able to receive an additional 500 hryvnia.

Ukrainians do not have the choice but to spend the money only on certain items, such as books and medicine.

cont.

Certain payment restrictions were also since removed from the program. “The payment is aimed at supporting the population in those areas where the most active hostilities are taking place. It will also allow to support individual entrepreneurs who cannot provide for themselves due to the start of the war”. It is only available to jabbed Ukrainians. Russians and the unvaccinated are excluded.

Funds are received on the Diia app after compliance with taking an experimental shot.

And those funds are only applicable to goods and services approved by the government.

That certainly sounds like the Digital ID-CBDC-Social Credit System Model the World Economic Forum desires for the global population.

Phuke Times had a brilliant piece on how the Russia-Ukraine conflict is a catalyst for the Great Reset. Below, I’ve highlighted the section on digital ID:

Many have cottoned on to how such a platform can be used to usher in a global system of technocratic population control and compliance by incorporating humanity into a new corporate value chain where citizens are mined as data commodities for ESG investors and human capital bond markets and assigned a social and climate score based on how well they measure up against the UN SDGs.

This seamless verification of people and connected devices in smart environments can only take place once our biometrics, health records, finances, education transcripts, consumer habits, carbon footprint and the entire sum of human experiences is stored on an interoperable database to determine our conformity with the UN SDGs, thus forcing a monumental change to our social contract.

Vaccine passports were initially touted by public-private partnerships as an entry point for Digital IDs. Now that such a logic has run its course, how might the present geopolitical tensions contribute to scaling what is the key node in a new digital ecosystem?

Ukraine has traditionally been called Europe’s breadbasket and alongside Russia, both nations are major global suppliers of staple grains. Therefore, the war has all the makings of a black swan for commodities and inflation.

With an economy teetering on the brink of collapse due to a global supply crunch, I believe the resulting economic tremors will trigger wartime emergencies across the world and the public will be told to brace themselves for rationing.

Once this takes place, the multilateral adoption of Digital IDs which interface with Central Bank Digital Currencies can be touted as the solution to efficiently manage and distribute household rations under an unprecedented state of emergency and exception.

The Bank of England has already floated the prospect of programmable cash which can only be spent on essentials or goods which an employer or government deem sensible.

Once the issuer is granted control over how it is spent by the recipient, it will become nigh impossible to function adequately without a Digital ID, which will be required to receive food parcels and obtain a basic means of subsistence. Think UBI (Universal Basic Income).

If food inflation continues on an upward trajectory with no signs of abating, governments may institute price controls in the form of rationing and ration entries could be logged on blockchain ledgers on the Digital ID to track our carbon footprint and consumptive habits during a national emergency.

Again, this agenda ties back to Ukraine’s Diia app.

The application, which the Ukrainian government launched in 2020, digitizes identity card, passport, license, vaccination record, registrations, insurance, health reimbursements, social benefits, and more.

Currently, China’s social credit system is the lone replication of this model.

In total, Ukraine’s Diia app features around 50 services and 9 official documents that replace their paper counterparts.

With the emergence of COVID-19, the government made receiving payments conditional with the proof of vaccination certificate.

And the globalists intend to bring this model to Western countries.

iPhoneSoft explained:

Ukraine therefore posed as the champion of digitalization before the war broke out at the end of February. At the start of 2021, it already claimed more than 4.5 million active users. But taking a closer look at what is currently being done, it turns out that Poland has a mobile application similar to that of Ukraine, which was launched at the end of 2019. This Polish app displays seven digital documents and allows users to identify themselves with a digital ID card in places where a paper passport is not legally required.

In the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, citizens can use electronic passports at airports for check-in and security screening. It’s coming to the US soon thanks to Apple Wallet . In China, citizens have access to virtual identity cards integrated into a mobile application. Users can use it to identify themselves when they register in a hotel or to benefit from certain government services, with a points system that allows them to have additional rights in the event of “good behavior”. In Estonia, 70% of the population uses digital ID cards, while 99% of public services are available online.

What is Russia’s role in this?

Perhaps the ‘invasion’ is the spark the WEF wanted to extend their model (Diia app) to the West?

While other factors certainly come into play (biolabs, NATO aggression, etc.), the globalists intend to use this conflict wreak havoc on the global economy.

The WEF needs this ‘war’ to achieve the Great Reset.

I’ll leave readers with a video presentation of Ukraine’s Diia app:

I’ll also float this question.

Is Russia simply performing their ‘role’ to initiate the global economic chaos?

While I know the WEF publicly announced severing ties with Russia, could that be a charade to accomplish the bigger agenda?
