NYC Lifts K-12 School Mask Mandate; Retains Mandate on Toddlers

The bureaucrats that run New York City are child-abusing scum that want to inflict as much damage on innocent kids as possible.

While the city bowed to the political pressure to lift K-12 school mask mandates, officials retained the mask mandate for daycares and preschools.

What was their rational to continue abusing toddlers with mask mandates?

Because the age demographic is yet to receive emergency use authorization to receive the experimental COVID-19 injection.

As stated by the NYC Department of Education:

We are pleased to announce that, face coverings will be optional on school grounds for students in kindergarten through grade 12 beginning Monday, March 7.

To maintain the safety of our staff and students, we will continue to practice strict COVID-19 protocols, including increased ventilation, a daily health screening, and test kit distribution. Mask-wearing will become optional indoors, outside, and on school buses. Anyone who chooses to wear a mask may continue to do so, and your child may request a mask from their school if they need one.

The indoor mask mandate is still active for LYFE, EarlyLearn (Infants & Toddlers), 3-K, Pre-K, and 4410 classrooms. Children two years old and older and all staff and visitors in these classrooms, must continue to wear a face covering indoors. Since children under the age of five are not yet eligible to receive the vaccine, face coverings remain our strongest defense against COVID-19 for our youngest learners.

In addition, any staff member or student in grades Kindergarten or higher returning on Day 6 following a positive COVID-19 diagnosis or after having COVID-19 symptoms without testing is still required to wear a well-fitting mask at all times on school property through Day 10.

Masks are strongly recommended for any staff member or student who knows they have been exposed to COVID-19 within the previous 10 days. Mask wearing is still required in medical rooms and nurses’ offices, as well as in School Based Health Centers. Nurses will have masks on hand for anyone entering who may need one.

These corrupt bureaucrats make me sick to my stomach for this physical and psychological abuse on innocent children.

But the Department of Education’s child abuse isn’t exclusive to 2-4-year olds.

Students still face a COVID-19 jab mandate to compete in sports, play in the school band, or sing in the chorus.

Per the NYC DOE:

All students and staff who participate in high-risk PSAL sports or competitive afterschool sports must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Students in fall high-risk sports must get their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by their first day of competitive play. Winter and spring PSAL participants have until the beginning of their season to be fully vaccinated. High risk sports are football, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, lacrosse, stunt, and rugby. Vaccination is also required for participation in bowling, because while not a high-risk sport, it takes place in spaces that require vaccination for children ages five and up.

A COVID-19 vaccination requirement also applies to students participating in high-risk after school extracurricular activities like chorus, musical theater, dance/dance team, band/orchestra (with concern for woodwinds), marching band, cheerleading/step teams/flag team. Students ages five and up must be vaccinated in order to participate in these extracurricular activities.

Students who wish to continue to participate in these activities must get their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by December 14.

High school students allegedly must take the COVID-19 jab to attend their high school prom:

The child abuse knows no limit with these monsters running the NYC Department of Education.
