Twitter FINALLY Suspends Account of Iran Supreme Leader Following Fake Trump Assassination Video

Twitter permanently suspended the account of Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, following the release of a CGI video depicting a drone assassinating President Donald Trump.

It only took three days, but it turns out even Twitter has limits.

President Trump has been banned from Twitter since early last year for reasons beyond understanding.

The fact that Khamenei was even allowed on Twitter is unacceptable, considering how often Twitter bans conservatives for far less.

It’s hypocrisy like this that proves that Twitter doesn’t truly care about violent threats unless they can gain something from it.

Here’s more on Khamenei’s ban from the New York Post:

Twitter permanently suspended an account linked to Iran’s supreme leader after it promoted a video depicting the assassination of former President Donald Trump, according to a report.

”The account referenced has been permanently suspended for violating our ban evasion policy,” a Twitter spokesperson told Agence France-Presse on Saturday, referring to the account @KhameneiSite.

The social media giant said its top priority is keeping people safe and protecting the health of conversations on the platform.

As many pointed out, it says a lot about Twitter that this is what it finally took to suspend a terrorist dictator.

President Trump was suspended last year from Twitter for the bogus claim of “inciting violence.”

Big Tech hypocrisy at its finest…

Daily Mail has more on Twitter finally deciding to ban Khamenei THREE DAYS after the propaganda assassination video:

Twitter permanently suspended an account linked to Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Saturday after posting a video three days before depicting an animated drone strike against Donald Trump as revenge for the assassination of a highly-regarded general.

The account, @KhameneiSite, posted the video on Wednesday showing an unmanned aircraft targeting Trump, who ordered a drone strike in Baghdad two years ago that killed top Iranian commander General Qassem Soleimani.

‘The account referenced has been permanently suspended for violating our ban evasion policy,’ a Twitter spokesperson confirmed.

Many people called out Twitter for not suspending the account immediately:

It took that long to suspend this guy?!?
