A Portland judge has basically made it okay to hurt police officers.

You would think that if you physically damaged another human, you would face serious charges.

This is not the case for 26-year-old Eva Warner, formerly named Joshua.

During the protests that happened in Portland in 2020 Eva Warner was charged with felony civil disorder and several other charges after trying to blind police officers with a laser pointer.

But it is okay and she gets basically let off of all of her charges after only 30 hours of community service!

The Federal government dropped its charges against Eva after she physically damaged officers during resisting arrest at the riots.

If that doesn’t say it’s okay to stop police from doing their jobs while trying to hurt them, I’m not sure what does.

Even though transgender male to female Warner was arrested three times during the riots all of her charges were dropped.

Fox News said:

“Warner was booked into custody and charged with intentionally obstructing, impeding, interfering with law enforcement officers engaged in official duties but later released without bail.”

-Braford Betz, Fox News, December 30, 2021

This is absolutely outrageous; 30 hours of community service will keep you from getting some serious assault charges, as long as you’re special in some way.

This man turned woman was facing 5 years in jail for her role in the riots.

If she supported Trump the book would have been thrown at her!

It is unfortunate that so many scream for justice on our officers and not justice for our officers.

According to the Washington Times:

She fought with the police during the arrest, according to the police.

Eva could have seriously hurt people, not just once, but three times.

Each time she was arrested she was released without any bail.

Do our officers who hurt criminals get the same respect?

Yet she faces no serious consequences for her actions.
