New York Quarantine Camp Bill Reportedly Scrapped in State Legislature After Fury of Citizen Complaints; Why New Yorkers Shouldn’t Celebrate Yet

Over the weekend, New York Assembly Bill A416 resurfaced and made headlines around the country.

If you’re not aware, Assembly Bill A416 is the state’s infamous quarantine camp bill that gives the governor the authority to detain cases, contacts, and carriers “dangerous to public health.”

Although mainstream media reports it as ‘Fake News,’ the bill also allows the state to force vaccinate detainees.

As stated in Assembly Bill A416:

TO REQUIRE AN INDIVIDUAL WHO
HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO OR INFECTED BY A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE TO COMPLETE AN
APPROPRIATE, PRESCRIBED COURSE OF TREATMENT, PREVENTIVE MEDICATION OR
VACCINATION, INCLUDING DIRECTLY OBSERVED THERAPY TO TREAT THE DISEASE
AND FOLLOW INFECTION CONTROL PROVISIONS FOR THE DISEASE; OR TO REQUIRE
AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS BEEN CONTAMINATED WITH DANGEROUS AMOUNTS OF RADIO-
ACTIVE MATERIALS OR TOXIC CHEMICALS SUCH THAT SAID INDIVIDUAL MAY PRES-
ENT A DANGER TO OTHERS, TO UNDERGO DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES DEEMED
NECESSARY BY THE DEPARTMENT. SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS SHALL, UPON
REQUEST, BE AFFORDED AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD, BUT THE PROVISIONS OF
SUBDIVISIONS TWO THROUGH ELEVEN OF THIS SECTION SHALL NOT OTHERWISE
 APPLY.

However, it appears the work of activists to wake up sleepy New Yorkers is starting to pay off.

N. Nick Perry, the bill’s sponsor, published this message on social media:

Those kooky “conspiracy theorists” blasted Perry’s email, phone lines, and social media pages to pressure the Assemblyman to scrap the bill.

Critics rightfully pointed out Perry’s proposed legislation was no conspiracy theory:

But New Yorkers must increase the pressure on the state legislature and executive branch.

The fight is nowhere near over.

As the New York de jure Assembly explained:

As per Assemblyman Noah Nick Perry, he will pull bill A416 which relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health. It is important to understand that the legislature has already voted to transfer their legislative power to the executive branch. Meaning that the Governor does not have to go through the legislature to get things done. She can and will bypass the legislative process, so no bill is currently needed for her to act. In 2015 Cuomo also gave the NYS DOH the power to detain someone in the case of an “outbreak” of an infectious disease. An outbreak meaning 3 or more cases. None of this is lawful, but tyrants do not follow laws especially when there are no repercussions for their actions. This ends when the people stand up, assemble and educate themselves. It is our duty to provide the necessary accountability, and keep our public servants Constitutionally compliant.

The New York State Legislature convenes January 5th and other disgusting bills remain on the table for lawmakers to debate.

If you reside in the Empire State or have friends & family in New York, the time to assemble and stand up for your rights is now.

January 5th is a critical day for the medical freedom of all New Yorkers.
