Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Gets Another Win

Last night we learned that Nick Sandmann reached a settlement agreement with NBC and counted it as a win for America.

Today we can even out the scores because Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses just got a major boost.

A federal appeals court allowed Biden’s mandate or test rule to resume taking effect Friday evening.

Land of the free home of the brave.

That guiding American principle stopped meaning anything in 2020 when a political party decided they can allow tens of millions of fake ballots to vote in our election.

Biden also promised he would not mandate vaccines because it was quote “un-American”.

Well just like faking an election, fascism, and limitations on freedom are un-American, Biden has decided to ignore his own principles.

Earlier, Biden had mandated that all businesses with over 100 employees mandate that employees get vaccinated or tested regularly.

Because I guess businesses with 90 employees are less at risk of spreading Covid.

The ruling was quickly appealed but now it seems to be back in effect.

A federal appeals court allowed the Biden Administration’s Covid-19 vaccine-or-test rule for private employers to take effect Friday evening, reversing an earlier ruling blocking it, in a win for the federal government amid multiple legal challenges to its vaccine mandates.

The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals voted 2-1 to dissolve a different appellate court’s ruling that stopped the Occupational Health and Safety Administration from requiring all employers with 100 or more workers to ensure that their employees are vaccinated against Covid-19 or take frequent tests.

The 6th Circuit’s two-judge majority — appointees of former Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush — argued that Congress gave OSHA broad power to issue emergency workplace rules to protect people from severe dangers like infectious diseases.

The dissenting judge — appointed by former President Donald Trump — said OSHA overreached its legal authority and didn’t demonstrate why a sweeping nationwide vaccine-or-test rule that applies to tens of millions of Americans is necessary.

OSHA’s rule was originally set to take effect early next month, but it has been on hold since early November, when the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily blocked it.

Please read that again just so you see that it was a 2 to 1 vote that put the mandate back in order.

The two judges that voted for a vaccine mandate were appointed by Obama and Bush.

The only judge with any sense was appointed by non-other than President Donald J. Trump!

President Trump really changed the Republican party for the better and the sooner traitors like Mitch Mcconnell understand that the better.

So what’s the logic behind the mandate according to the court?

Here’s Forbes with the answer:

“The record establishes that COVID-19 has continued to spread, mutate, kill, and block the safe return of American workers to their jobs,” the 6th Circuit’s majority opinion read. “To protect workers, OSHA can and must be able to respond to dangers as they evolve.”

Ok so because the virus can mutate businesses should require either a vaccine or testing.

But I thought that vaccines don’t work on the latest mutation?

It’s true, the jab they are forcing border patrol agents, nurses, and police to get don’t even protect against varients like the Omicron.
