On Tuesday night, a group of around 50 NYC anti-mandate activists refused to show proof of COVID-19 inoculation at a peaceful sit-in inside the Queens Center Mall.
The peaceful protest was in direct response to Mayor De Blasio’s illegal COVID-19 jab mandate that discriminates against individuals who exercise their medical freedom of choice.
After being served in the food court, the activists were denied service at the mall’s Cheesecake Factory.
Cheesecake Factory called the police and threatened to press charges for criminal trespassing, despite the activists acting in good faith to patronize at the public accommodating business during operating hours.
NYPD from the 110th precinct enforced Mayor De Blasio’s unlawful mandate and arrested the activists for trespassing.

In total, six activists were arrested and taken to the 110th precinct station.
After the unlawful arrest, around 50 to 100 activists went to the 110th precinct to demand their release.
Their supporters included adults and children exercising their rights to patronize at a public accommodating business without discrimination.
The group of activists stood outside the precinct until the late hours of the night.

When I signed off at 2:35 a.m. E.S.T,. dozens of activists continued peacefully protesting the precinct to demand their friends’ release.
As noted by @newyorkfreedomrally2, the activists were detained at the precinct for over 7 hours.
Around 4:15 a.m. E.S.T., the imprisoned activists were released by the NYPD.
Below are the six activists who were unlawfully arrested for the “crime” of attempting to eat at Cheesecake Factory without disclosing their private medical information.

And it appears NYC anti-mandate activists have another event specifically planned for Cheesecake Factory and Mayor De Blasio’s illegal mandates.
