Psaki Says It’s Okay For Children To Eat Outside In Freezing Temperatures

Well, the White House is at it again…

Jen Psaki says it’s no big deal for kids to eat outside in the cold at school to keep kids safe from COVID.

Fox News has more on the story:

White House press secretary Jen Psaki suggested Friday that it is OK for kids to eat their lunches outside in cold temperatures in an effort to maintain safety amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Psaki said she believes the “vast majority of parents appreciate” such measures being taken by school systems to limit the spread of the coronavirus among elementary-aged school children.

Psaki said the Biden administration hopes to get to a “point of normalcy for everybody.”

“Obviously, we want to get to a point where we’re turning to a version of normalcy for everybody, right,” Psaki told reporters. “Where you’re not sending your kids backpack with 7 extra masks, right, or you’re not adding two hats so that they’re warm outside for a snack. There’s no question that’s the case.”

It appears she was addressing concerns over a video circulated online of kindergarten students socially distanced, masked and eating outside in near-freezing weather in Portland, Oregon.

This has gone TOO FAR.

Our children should NOT have to eat outside in the name of COVID.

Which, by the way, they have less of a likelihood of contracting that, than getting in a car accident.

The madness needs to end!
