Roger Stone Will Not Comply With January 6th Kangaroo Court

Why is this committee even trying to subpoena Roger Stone?

The mental gymnastics that these people perform in order to justify their witch hunts and pretentious behavior boggles my mind.

Roger Stone is a filmmaker who had absolutely nothing to do with the riots on January 6th—in fact, no one did since The F.B.I. itself confirmed that there was no plot made in advance.

These riots were either completely spontaneous, or there is another option on the table….

The F.B.I. itself orchestrated the violence, and just like so many other false flag operations there are just way too many loose ends and suspicious circumstances which lead back to a deep state ploy.

Here’s more on Stone and his refusal to comply with a kangaroo court:

The Epoch Times writes that Stone’s attorney had this response to give:

“Given that the Select Committee’s demand for documents is overbroad, overreaching, and far too wide-ranging to be deemed anything other than a fishing expedition, Mr. Stone has a constitutional right to decline to respond,” his attorney wrote, according to NBC News.

”Indeed, the Select Committee seeks an imprecise and undefined category of ‘documents and communications concerning’ a broad range of constitutionally protected political activity.”

MSNBC took the statist, left-wing view:

Of course, a blanket Fifth Amendment assertion does not mean that Stone can simply refuse to appear before investigators. The way the process generally works, witnesses still have to show up and then invoke the Fifth in response to specific questions.

Process considerations aside, Stone’s decision means there are now three people in the former president’s inner circle who have said they’ll refuse to answer questions about the Jan. 6 attack for fear that their answers may be used against them in possible criminal proceedings.
